We look forward to welcoming you to our new, beautiful Sea View Infinity Pool Villa in the north of Koh Samui.

Our Rockstar Villa Bob Dylan is a very special place. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking view, from Choeng Mon Beach to Plaileam. The neighbouring island of Koh Phangan with its impressive mountains is also clearly visible. This villa is surrounded by nature, so you can observe many different birds.
The beautiful, very large infinity pool (10 x 4 metres) is a very special highlight and much larger than other villas of this size.

Our villa has a spacious living area, an open-plan kitchen and a dining table, so you can move around freely at any time. The entire area can be opened up via the patio doors so that you can enjoy the outdoors at all times.

Three ceiling fans and a very powerful air conditioning system ensure a pleasant temperature so that you can feel completely at ease.

Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. One of them is located at the side of the house. You can look forward to all the amenities you could wish for. A huge terrace with sun loungers and a covered seating area are already waiting for you. The driveway is equipped with an electric gate so that you can easily and safely enter the villa from your car.

In each of our cosy bedrooms you will find a Smart TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Our villa is perched on a small hill, like all SeaView villas here. The driveway is steep, as is usual here, but very wide, new and straight, with no bends or other obstacles.

Unfortunately, we have to inform you that two new villas are currently being built next to us and will be completed soon. We would therefore like to offer you our dream villa at a slightly lower price.

Our employees are responsible for cleaning the pool twice a week and clean the garden once or twice a week.

We are also happy to customise this work to suit your needs in terms of time.

Taxis or public taxibuses can be found very easily here, just wait on the road until one comes, usually every few minutes. We can arrange a car or motorbike for you, which will be delivered directly to your front door.
