Your flat is on the second floor of the house, right next to the common couch area.

The room is east facing with a small window.

This flat was previously used as a hostel room for 4 people in bunk beds, so this flat has 2 showers and 2 toilets and a very large bathroom area.

As there are countless shops and restaurants right next to our house, we do not have a kitchen or kitchen appliances in this flat, but there is a small fridge with freezer compartment.

Directly below the flat you will find a great little café.

In the inner courtyard we have some non-reservable parking spaces, there is always room for motorbikes, but it can get quite tight for cars!

There is a newly opened beach restaurant right in the inner courtyard with really nice staff. It's the perfect place to lie on the beach and be served.

The prices are extremely low and the food is really very good!

In front of you are some famous sights such as the Plai Leam Temple or the Big Buddha.

Chaweng Beach is around 15 minutes away. The nearest 7/11 market is a 2-3 minute walk away. Nearby you can play tennis, golf and other sports.

As usual here, there are plenty of opportunities to do your own laundry or take your laundry to a laundry shop, so we don't have a washing machine in the house!

There is a vending machine on the ground floor for some essentials

 Taxis or public taxibuses are very easy to find here, just wait on the street until one arrives, usually every few minutes.
