เงื่อนไขการเข้าพัก*;

        1.ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องดูแลทรัพย์สินและของมีค่าด้วยตัวท่านเอง หากมีสิ่งของสูญหายภายในบริเวณห้องพัก หรือรีสอร์ท ทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี

        Please take care of your belongings and valuables. If there is any lost items in-room or resort, the resort reserves the right to not respond in all cases.

        2.ไม่อนุญาตให้นำเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวและเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าบางประเภทมาใช้ในบริเวณห้องพักหรือรีสอร์ทเช่น กระทะไฟฟ้า เตาไฟฟ้า เตาแก๊ส เตารีด เป็นต้น หากฝ่าฝืนทางรีสอร์ทปรับชิ้นละ 1,000 บาท

            Kitchen appliances and some electrical appliances are not allowed to be used in rooms or Resorts such as gas stove, iron, electric stove, etc. Violators will be fined 1,000 Thai baht according to the rules.

        3.ห้ามนำสิ่งเสพติด, สิ่งของที่ผิดกฎหมาย รวมถึงการแสดงพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมภายในรีสอร์ท หากพบการกระทำผิดจะมีโทษปรับ 5,000 บาทและถูกดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย

            Illegal drugs, gambling, or any other aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined 5,000 Thai baht and informing law enforcement officers.

        4.ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพัก หากฝ่าฝืนมีค่าปรับ 2,000 บาท ทั้งนี้ท่านสามารถสูบได้ที่บริเวณระเบียงภายนอกห้องพักหรือที่ๆจัดเตรียมไว้ให้เท่านั้น

            Smoking in the room is prohibited. It is permitted only on the balcony. Fine up to 2,000 Thai baht.

        5.ห้องพักแต่ละห้องจำกัดการเข้าพักได้ 2 ท่าน หากมีผู้เข้าพักเพิ่มโดยที่ทางรีสอร์ทไม่ได้รับแจ้งล่วงหน้าหรือก่อนการเข้าพัก ทางรีสอร์ทขออนุญาตปรับคนละ 1,000 บาท/คืน (ปกติคนละ 500 บาท/คืน)

            Each room is limited to 2 persons. If additional guests are not given in advance or before the stay. Fine up to 1,000 baht per person per night.

        6.เวลาเช็คอินหลังเวลา 14.00 น. และเวลาเช็คเอ้าท์ก่อนเวลา 12.00 น. หากท่านต้องการเช็คเอ้าท์หลังจากเวลาที่กำหนด ทางรีสอร์ทจะคิดค่าเข้าพักชั่วโมงละ 200 บาท และในกรณีอยู่ต่อเกิน 17.00 น. รีสอร์ทจะคิดค่าห้องพักเต็มราคา

            Check-in after 14.00 hrs. And Check out before 12.00 hrs. If you check out after the specified time, the fee will charge 200 Thai baht per hour and in case of staying over 17.00 hrs. will be charged the full price.

        7.ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าพักทำสิ่งของอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักเสียหาย ทางรีสอร์ทขอปรับเป็นเงินสดตามมูลค่าที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสาร “รายการราคาทรัพย์สินในกรณีชำรุดหรือสูญหาย

            In the case of the customer’s damaged property within the room, the customers have to pay by cash only. Compensation according to the value of the property in the document “Damage and Lost Charge”.

        8.ขอความร่วมมืองดส่งเสียงดังหลัง 22.30 น.

            Please do not make a noise after 22.30 PM.
